Louis Vuitton has ventured out of the fashion section to bring up a new speaker called the Horizon Light Up. Built in the shape of a UFO, it is now available for preorders. Not only the shape is a little different, but its price also makes it stand out from other existing speakers. It is priced at $3,000.

The conical shape adorned with lights and bound with leather makes it look like a UFo. But the company claims that they took inspiration from one of their handbags, Toupie which looks like a spinning top. Its launch is scheduled to be held on July 31st and is expected to be available globally.

Its specifications include a 3-inch subwoofer that is paired with 0.75-inch tweeters which gives the users a surround sound experience. It has support for Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth 5.1, in addition to support for the Louis Vuitton Connect app. The app can enable the user to customize colour options and other settings.

Being a well-known fashion brand, it is not the first time that the brand has produced electronics. It had made a smartwatch in 2017 and has been producing similar high-end electronics for years now.
