The expected Galaxy Unpacked event of the year is all set to happen online. The event will be held on August 11th and the company has already sent out invites for the same.
Last few years, Samsung’s August launches showcased its Note series. But this year it is unlikely that a new Note device will be launched as the company brought the Pen support for its S-series devices. Earlier it was the Pen support that distinguished S-series heavily from the Note series.
But don’t be disheartened by it as the company has promised to introduce new devices in the fold series as per the information given on the invite. The event may feature the upgraded versions of Z Flip and Z Flip 2. The flexible screen technology that the company showcased in May will take more time to be implemented.
Galaxy Watch, which runs on a Wear OS that is made with the help of Google will be launched in the event in August. It is also highly likely that the Galaxy Buds 2 of which people had seen many leaked photos will also be launched. The event will begin at 10 AM ET on August 11th.
