Pokémon fans get another reason to look forward to the game releases of Netflix. Netflix is reportedly working on a live-action Pokémon series for its anticipated game release. Variety has reported that the company has hired Lucifer’s co-showrunner Joe Henderson as a writer and executive producer for the show.

It was earlier confirmed that Lucifer will have its fourth season on Netflix after Fox cancelled the series. Joe Henderson was hired after Fox cancelled the show. He is also reported to be working on another project, an adaptation of his Shadecraft comic.

Netflix currently has Pokémon shows on its platform including Pokémon: Indigo League and Pokémon Journeys. It has also arranged or announced several shows related to games and live-action anime adaptations.
