Xiaomi Mi5C has yet again made its way into the news as it has leaked again, this time with a live image. Thanks to the China Quality Certification Center for the live image that leaked today and the image show the ‘About Phone’ section of the phone that reveals some of the key specifications.
As per the image, the Mi5C is going to feature 3GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. Another thing we came to know is the processor. It seems like the Xiaomi Mi5C is going to pack the same processor as the newly launched Redmi Note 4. It will feature the Snapdragon 625 Chip clocked at 2GHz. Some other features include Android Marshmallow running out of the box with company’s MIUI 8, Adreno 506 or Mali T-860GPU and a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved glass. The display seems to have very narrow bezels as we can see in the image above. It seems we will see the Snapdragon variant for other markets and the Chinese market will probably see the company’s own processor named as the Xiaomi Pinecone.
Some other specs have not been leaked, but they are just rumored. They include a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. No doubt, there will be a fingerprint scanner, but since it is a low-end Mi5, it will have a physical button on the front that will double as a home button.
