Samsung’s Unpacked events do not fail to catch attention. This time the company’s president has released a blog post in which it says that the company is planning to release S Pen for its foldables. Other than this, the company has also proposed to release a new Galaxy Watch powered by Wear OS and the third generation of its Galaxy Z series.
The S Pen will be the first of its kind designed specifically for foldable phones. This has been a largely requested feature but the company has released only that it’s coming. We will have to wait till the event for knowing the details on S Pen.
The company’s president TM Roh also confirmed that a new Note release won’t take place instead new Note features will be added to the existing Galaxy devices. The third generation of Galaxy Z phones will have more partner apps. These may facilitate “hands-free optimize video calling with Google Duo and watching videos in Flex mode on YouTube” and “multitasking in Microsoft Teams”, he added.
The company is trying to engage the users in its new Reserve Now program where you can trade two devices for a new Galaxy product. The Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on August 11th .
