Motorola has launched the new Moto X in India with prices starting at Rs 31,999. The wooden and leather back variants are priced at Rs 33,999. The device will go on sale on Flipkart at midnight.
The new Moto X features a 5.2-inch full HD AMOLED 1080p display with ixel density of 423ppi, a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. There is no micr0SD card slot to expand the memory. Other features include a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash, and 4K video recording capabilities, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, front-facing stereo speakers, and a 2,300mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
In comparison, the original Moto X featured a 4.7-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16/32GB internal storage. Also included is a 10-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 2,200mAh battery, and on the software front, it runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
