Microsoft Lumia 535 is available in India starting today. The first ever Microsoft branded Lumia smartphone is priced at Rs 9,199.
The features of the device include a 5-inch qHD (960×540 pixels) display with 220ppi pixel density, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card and 15GB free OneDrive storage. The notable feature of the device is its 5-megapixel wide-angle selfie camera at the front. There is also a 5-megapixel camera with flash at the back.
Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 3G support, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. Microsoft Lumia 535 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update and houses a 1,905mAh battery which the company claims is good enough for 11 hours of talktime and up to 23 days on standby mode.
Microsoft has packed the device with a lot of goodies like 500MB of free data for Vodafone users for a period of two months, Jabong gift vouchers worth Rs 6,000 applicable for three months, eBooks for Flipkart worth Rs 1,500, and two months of BoxTv subscription worth Rs 720.
