Flappy Bird creator Dong Nguyen has announced on Twitter that he is developing a new game. He has also attached a screenshot that gives a glimpse of the new upcoming game. The game seems to feature small helmeted human being jumping through a small opening that appears to be a building, something similar to the original Flappy Bird. Polygon notes that Nguyen described the game as “some guy jumping from building to building” in an interview on CNBC.
The tweet says that “people can forget about Flappy Bird for a while.” Yesterday, Nguyen had remarked that Flappy Bird would be back in August and this new game would be something that might come for interim relief. He did not specify any exact date for the release of the teased game.
