Windows 11 will have Spotify-fueled Focus Sessions

We don’t know exactly what’s in store with Windows 11 completely. The reports about the added features provide a wide range of tools. Basically, Windows 11’s core structure will remain similar to that of Windows 10. Microsoft is working on new visuals and UI features to make it more interesting. They have added a feature called ‘Focus Sessions’ powered by Spotify to gain more fans.

Windows do not simply try to lure their users using features and appearances. It is to be noted that most of their users are reluctant when the operating system makes any changes that affect their productivity. This often denotes the changes that distort their well-established workflows. Focus Sessions will actually help people who like productivity tools and concepts like the Pomodoro Technique. Maybe that’s why Microsoft is adding this feature in Windows 11.

Focus Sessions will be present under the Clock app in Windows 11. It will allow users to set targets and time limits for tasks. This will help them in finishing their work with no disturbances and interruptions. Tasks to be completed can be selected from Microsoft Tasks and you can choose the task and set the time according to your preferences.

Microsoft has actually added a more interesting addition to this feature. It is the Spotify Integration. This integration will allow the users to select the tracks they want to listen to while doing their work. Users can select the tracks which will keep them focused on their tasks. However, we are not sure whether the users can select the tracks from their own account or only from a curated collection.
