Vivo has launched a modified version of the Vivo Y72 that launched in Thailand last March. The device comes with dual rear cameras and a 5000mAh battery with an 18W fast charging capacity.
Vivo Y72 5G ensures an enhanced gaming experience with in-built features like Ultra Game Mode and Esports Mode. The new Multi-Turbo 5.0 feature is said to optimize system processes. The available colour options are Prism Magic and Slate Grey. Its sale in India starts today (July 15) on all online stores including Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Bajaj EMI store, Vivo India e-store and others. The 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage model is the only available variant.
The specifications include dual SIM (nano) options, 6.58-inch full HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. It runs on Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11.1. The dual rear cameras consist of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens and a 2MP secondary sensor with an f/2.4 lens. The selfie camera is 8MP with an f/1.8 lens. The device measures 164.15×75.35×8.40mm and weighs about 185.5gms.
The sensors present are an accelerometer, ambient light, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/A-GPS and a USB Type-C port.
