Sony’s Xperia Z2 tablet, which was introduced at the MWC earlier this year, is now available in India on e-commerce site, Infibeam, ahead of the official launch. The online retailer is selling the tablet for Rs 49,990. It has a slim form factor, with a thickness of 6.4mm, which is thinner than Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S (6.6mm). The features of Xperia Z2 tablet includes a 10.1-inch Triluminous WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels) display, a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera, 2.2-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card, and a 6,000mAh battery. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
