Realme launches GT Master and GT Master Explorer Edition smartphones

The phones are available for pre-booking in China

Realme has launched two new models of its smartphones in China- Realme GT Master and Realme GT Master Explorer. The phones are designed by the popular designer Naoto Fukasawa. Both the devices run on Android 11. The Master Explorer Edition comes in a suitcase-style leather back panel. Both the phones have Qualcomm Snapdragon SoCs. The devices will be available in China starting from July 29th.

The Realme GT Master Edition is priced at CNY 2,399 for the 128GB storage variant and CNY 2,599 for the 256GB storage variant. It has 8GB RAM. The available colour options are Dawn and Snow Mountain colours.

Realme GT Master Explorer Edition has 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB storage variants. They are priced at CNY 2,899 and CNY 3,199 respectively. This device will be available in Suitcase Apricot and Suitcase Grey colours. It runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 and has a 6.55-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480Hz. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. For selfies and video calls, it has a 32-megapixel Siny IMX615 sensor and is located in a hole-punch cutout on display. The triple rear cameras consist of a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a macro shooter.

It has a 4500mAh battery which supports 65W fast charging. The vapour chamber cooling, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio Support are additional features. For better NFC connectivity and vibrations, there is a 4D tactile engine present. The phone weighs almost 183 grams.

As for the Realme GT Master Edition that runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0, the display is 6.43 inches. It is Full-HD+ Super AMOLED and has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Here the processor is Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 SoC. The triple rear camera system of Realme GT Master Edition has a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. The front camera is 32MP with an f/2.5 lens. It has a 4300mAh battery that supports 65W faster charging. It also has a vapour chamber cooling similar to Realme GT Master Explorer Edition.
