Nokia has announced a new Android 5.0 Lollipop powered tablet N1. This Intel-powered tablet features a 7.9-inch IPS 2048×1536 display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and it is fulluy laminated with zero air-gap display. It features a 64-bit, 2.3GHz Intel Atom processor Z3580, PowerVR G6430 graphics card, paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
Camera-wise, the device sports an 8-megapixel rear shooter and a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB 2.0 with a Type C reversible connector, two stereo speakers, a digital MIC, and a bunch of sensors. The company has priced it at $249 and said that the N1 tablet will launch first in China in Q1 2015, before it reaches other markets. Nokia will tie-up with an OEM partner who will be responsible for just manufacturing, distribution and sales of the device.
