Lava has launched yet another budget smartphone in India. Called the A67, the device is priced at Rs 4,549 and will be soon available for purchase. As for the specifications, the Lava A67 features a 5-inch WVGA display with 480×800 pixels resolution. The handset runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and offers dual sim functionality.
The Lava A67 is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. The in-built storage is 4GB and can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The device boasts a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing shooter for selfies.
Recently, Lava signed MS Dhoni as its brand ambassador to strengthen its position in the Indian smart phone market. The company has also set up its first manufacturing plant in Noida, and plans to invest Rs 2,615 crore to raise its annual production capacity to 216 million smartphones. Connectivity options of the smartphone include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There’s also a 2,000 mAh battery thrown into the mix.
