Facebook is clearing away the clutter from its settings page. Facebook’s settings page had too much on it including the descriptions below individual settings. In the new rollout, Facebook has decided to remove the descriptions and make the page more organized. This will also help the user to view more settings on the page.

The way the settings are organized has also been changed. Facebook has also brought down the number of categories and some of the earlier categories have been renamed. According to the recent blog post by the company, users will now be able to see six categories under settings which include Account, Preferences, Audience and Visibility, Permissions, Your Information, and Community Standards and Legal Policies. Facebook has also clarified that related settings now appear close to each other.

The new rollout is now available on Android, iOS, web version, and also in Facebook Lite. Users might have already got the update on their devices.
