Boeing F-15QA promises advanced fighter jets

Boeing F-15QA was unveiled, and the fighter jets promises next-gen systems. It was unveiled together by Boeing and the US Air Force with the Qatar Emiri Air Force. The Boeing F-15QA comes under the F-15 fighter jets known for next-gen technologies. The jets will have a cockpit entirely made of glass. The fighter jets will be handed over to the Qatar air force who will use them in partnership with the US military.

Boeing confirms that the new technologies that the F-15QA fighter jets incorporate include new radar, sensors, and fly-by-wire flight controls. It will also have “electronic warfare capabilities” that will guarantee a huge transformation for the fighter jet model. Boeing describes F-15QA as the most technologically advanced model of F-15. The company added that with these fighter jets, the Qatar Emiri Air Force will get higher “speed, range, and payload than any fighter in the world.” The Qatar air force will also be supported by an aircrew and maintenance training center by Boeing along with other services.

Boeing hopes to ship the F-15QA fighter jets by the end of this year to Qatar. The QEAF needs to complete its pre-delivery pilot training before that. This training will also be provided by Boeing. Lt. Gen. Greg Guillot, Commander of the 9th Air Force, stated that by the F-15QA, the countries not only offer services but aims for a partnership that is crucial for the “stability and security of the central command area of responsibility.”
