At this week’s Computex expo in Taipei, ASUS introduced three new models in its ProArt laptop lineup. These new releases are designed to be thinner, lighter, and more portable than their predecessors, offering significant advancements beyond their sleek designs.

The ProArt 16 is a slimmer and lighter version of the ProArt Studiobook, which has been highly praised. The updated design is based on the ROG G16 chassis, but with notable differences. It features a 4K 60Hz display and a virtual dialpad, replacing the physical knob of the Studiobook. The laptop is coated with a fingerprint-resistant nano black finish.

Under the hood, it boasts AMD’s new Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, capable of delivering 50 TOPS of NPU performance. Paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, it achieves a combined 321 TOPS score. NVIDIA touts it as the first AI PC of its kind, optimized for advanced AI workflows in creativity, gaming, and productivity.

The ProArt 16 also includes a 16-inch 4K OLED display, up to 64GB of RAM, and 4TB of solid-state storage. It is a Copilot+ PC, featuring a button for Microsoft’s digital assistant and other AI enhancements, such as ASUS’s StoryCube file management software.

The ProArt PX13, a 2-in-1 hybrid, uses the same chassis as the ROG Flow X13. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and an Nvidia GeForce 4060 GPU. It features a 2.8K OLED touch display that supports HDR content and weighs just three pounds, making it a portable powerhouse.

Lastly, the ProArt PZ13 is an ultraportable convertible tablet with a detachable keyboard, reminiscent of the Microsoft Surface Pro series. It includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon Plus processor with a dedicated AI engine and a Copilot key for advanced AI features. The PZ13 is dust and water-resistant with an IP52 rating, and it includes a full-size SD card reader, a 5MP front camera with IR support, and a 13MP rear camera. Weighing only 1.8 pounds, it is incredibly lightweight.

The ASUS ProArt P16 (H7606) is available for pre-order at the ASUS Store and Best Buy, starting at $1,900. The ProArt PX13 (HN7306) is also available for pre-order, while the Qualcomm-powered ProArt PZ13 will be released in Q3 of 2024.
