Yahoo has updated its Yahoo Mail app for Android with all those features that iOS users has been enjoying since three weeks. The updated app includes a new top bar with three tabs – Yahoo Mail, All Stories, and Yahoo Today. The first tab remains the same and the second tab i.e. the All Stories, shows personalized news stream that includes celebrity gossips to the latest political news. The third tab, Yahoo Today, displays the local weather, sports scores, news headlines, Flickr photos and videos.
Apart from these, Yahoo has added some features that are unique to Android and that is simply swipe left or right to move between the three tabs. The new version as usual includes performance and stability improvements, along with bug fixes. Yahoo claims that these changes will be rolling out “to all supported devices over the next few days.”
