Xiaomi Mi Max spotted on TENAA with fingerprint sensor and 4,000mAh battery

Earlier this month, Xiaomi released a video teaser for its upcoming phablet, the Mi Max. The teaser revealed that the phone will feature minimal bezels on both the sides of the display, and metal on the back and sides. Now ahead of the launch on May 10th, the phone has been spotted on the Chinese certification website TENAA with details on its specs and photos. The handset will sport a fingerprint sensor on the back panel.

Xiaomi Mi Max will sport a 6.4-inch IPS full HD display, and will be powered by a hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, aided by an Adreno 510 GPU. The phone will be available in two configurations, one with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, and the other with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built in memory. At the back, the handset will get a 16 mega pixel primary snapper with a dual tone LED flash. The phone will be fueled by a beefy 4,000mAh battery. According to the reports, the Xiaomi Mi Max’s base 2GB RAM and 16GB edition will be available for CNY 1,299, which roughly is Rs 13,300.
