Sony has launched the Xperia C3 Dual, selfie smartphone in India. The highlighted feature is its 5-megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera with LED flash, which the company calls as “PROSelfie cam.” The smartphone also boasts selfie-specific apps and at the back there is an 8-megapixel camera.
Other features of the device include a 5.5-inch HD (1280x720pixels) display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, and microSD card slot. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, and GPS. There is a 2,500mAh battery with STAMINA Mode 3.0 and the software that runs the show is Android 4.4 KitKat. Sony has priced the device at Rs 23,990 and it will be available for purchase from September 1.
