The Serif Line by Samsung is the company’s attempt at blending furniture and TVs and is designed by the famous furniture designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. The company has already launched 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch TVs in the series globally, and now it comes with a 65-inch model with the same features as the smaller-sized ones.

The model is launched in South Korea and its global debut is yet to be notified. The TV comes at a price of KRW 2,790,000 (approximately Rs.1.81 lakhs). The company has not shared any special features of the TV but it comes with Airplay2 and NFC. The NFC allows anyone with a Galaxy phone which runs on Android 8.1 or higher will be able to use their phone to play its content on the TV. This can be done by tapping the TV with their phone.

It has an Active Voice Amplifier feature and uses Samsung’s Quantum Dot Technology. Apart from being HDR10+ certified, it also has an AI Upscaling technology with which everything can be converted to 4K. The ‘Magic Screen’ feature allows the TV to showcase various content including works of art and also those designed by the Bouroullec brothers when the TV screen is turned off.

The thick bezels give it a painting-like look and the model comes in a single colour option-white.
