UK-based tech brand Nothing is gearing up to launch its first-ever over-ear headphones, expected to be called Nothing Headphone 1, on July 1. While the company has officially confirmed only the name and launch date so far, leaked renders and real-life images circulating online have given enthusiasts a sneak peek into the upcoming audio product’s design and features.
According to the leaked visuals shared by fan communities and tech tipsters, the Nothing Headphone 1 will follow the brand’s signature transparent design language. The earcups feature a rectangular base with a raised oval section in the centre, giving them a look that many say resembles a cassette tape. The earcups are well-padded, and the headband also appears to come with comfortable cushioning for extended use.
Both black and white (possibly grey in some regions) variants of the headphones have been spotted. The images show that the headphones will have multiple physical buttons on both earcups and may include a dedicated control button for quick access to specific functions. The model name “Nothing Headphone 1” is visibly inscribed on the earcups, adding to its visual identity.
Key Hardware Highlights (As Per Leaks)
Another leaked render highlights the presence of a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which means users could have both wired and wireless playback options. This dual-connection approach is likely to appeal to audiophiles who prefer flexibility in their listening experience.
Although full specifications haven’t been revealed officially, the design leaks suggest the company is aiming to offer premium features in terms of both looks and functionality.
Expected Price and Availability
The Nothing Headphone 1 is expected to be launched globally, including in India. According to pricing leaks:
