Boult Audio has launched its latest budget-friendly earbuds in India. Boult Audio AirBass Encore true wireless stereo (TWS) has a stem-style design that has in-ear tips to enable environmental noise cancellation (ENC). It also has good water resistance and has USB Type-C charging. The total battery life expected of the earbuds is 36 hours. It also has support for fast charging.
The introductory price set for the Boult Audio AirBass Encore is Rs. 1,999. It will be available for purchase on the Amazon India website. The colour options provided are Black and White. The price after the introductory period is not revealed by the company.
The earbuds will be oval-shaped with the nozzle at a 60-degree angle. It will direct the audio into the ear canal. It will have 12.5mm drivers and aerospace-grade aluminium-alloy-encased micro woofers. To facilitate a noise-free calling experience, it has four microphones that can work with an ENC chip. The chip will block out noises such as traffic, workspace noises, and other noises. The earbuds will have touch controls to control music and calls. It will also feature support for voice assistant with Google Assistant and Siri. It can be activated by tapping three times.
As for the performance of the battery, the Boult Audio AirBass Encore TWS earbuds claims a six-hour playtime and 36 hours life with the support of the case. It will have a USB Type-C port. The fast charging enables 100 minutes of playback with 15 minutes of charging. The earbuds can be fully charged in 90 minutes as claimed by the company. Bluetooth v5 connectivity has been provided on the earbuds. It also has an IPX7 water resistance rating.
