Apple Music has updated new releases to enable support on Android. Engadget has confirmed that Apple Music’s features like lossless and spatial audio streaming are to be rolled out soon on Android devices. These high-quality streaming options are however not present on the Android app’s release notes.

With no extra charge, the company had promised that the streaming options will be available to everyone. But when it came out it was limited to certain albums. Apple clarified that the lossless streaming option will be extended to its entire catalog with 75 million tracks.

To get these features, you will have to use compatible speakers or headphones. Lossless audio will require a wired connection because it won’t work on wireless devices. Dolby’s spatial audio is expected to work on AirPods, Beats earbuds, and headphones with an H1 or W1 chip and on speakers of the latest iPhones, iPads, and Macs. In order to enjoy these features, look for the compatibility of your speakers.
